Rotating Equipment and Elevator Project Manager for the Aasta Hansteen SPAR Substructure Project. Significant Highlights:Project Manager for the world's first elevator to be installed inside a SPAR Hull. Key management of elevator vendor and collaboration with engineering and design teams to enable a rack and pinion elevator able to lift 2.7 ton; to be installed horizontally in the SPAR hull during construction. Engineering and design interface management and project delivery of all substructure pumps, ranging from pedestal mounted potable water pumps to fully submersed caisson mounted seawater lift pumps. Conducted workshops with the fabrication team to develop the systems and procedures to allow for the horizontal installation of the caisson pumps in the SPAR.

Responsible for providing technical leadership to the engineering and design teams, with daily management of the resources available to balance the current and forecasted workload. Advised and supported the team to meet Client requirements with a safe, lean and robust engineering solution. Responsible for team mentoring, training and management of the future talent pool. Quality management of the engineering and design systems in a DNV ISO:9001 accredited office. Results driven and Client focused, working closely with Client technical leads to ensure continued business development through Client satisfaction.

Key client manager for a large portfolio of operational projects; serving as liaison supporting all critical phases from scope definition and contract management to project execution and delivery while managing a multi discipline team. Managed final stages of design, construction and commissioning of an underground gas storage facility, followed by assignment to execute brownfields plant modifications at the 70TJ/day Kupe Production Station.
