With over a decade of experience in the biotechnology industry, I have developed expertise in next-generation sequencing (NGS) and laboratory automation.In my current role, I manage, troubleshoot, and qualify laboratory automation equipment and processes in a CLIA regulated laboratory, ensuring quality and compliance standards are met. I also collaborate with commercial, operational, and scientific departments to support product launches, integrating assays with laboratory instrumentation. Additionally, I have programming and service experience with Hamilton STAR platforms, which allows me to optimize and sustain the performance and efficiency of laboratory processes.
