• Manage all private or public acquisition of Right-of-Way easements, route development, due diligence, and construction survey support for all new or rerouted pipeline construction for the purpose of building a gathering system for oil, natural gas for counties situated in North Dakota.• Oversee Right-of-Way agents to manage key assignments through project life cycle and ensure projects are completed accurately and on schedule. • Generate weekly reports outlining overall project status through the use of spreadsheets, word processors and GIS software to update the client, surveyors, environmental groups, field agents, and construction. • Managed databases to track new assignments, current project statuses, line lists, and documentation flow.• Conduct quality assurance via review processes of all title work, pertinent Right-of-Way documents, payment amounts, routes, and amendments and additions to our standard Right-of-Way agreement.• Coordinate all aspects of property agreements including payments, damage settlement, plat drafting, permitting, route selection, and environmental compliance.• Perform all duties necessary to complete surface and mineral title from patent to present while also calculating ownership interest.• Execute all duties of a Right-of-Way field agent including but not limited to negotiations, onsite inspections, documentation, permitting, research, and acquisition.
