Programs Administrative Coordinator
Current• Provide administrative support to the Vice President of Programs• Manage travel, daily calendar and events for the Vice President of Programs and divisional staff Directors.• Assist the Vice President of Programs with the Divisional budget and coordination of budget justifications from Directors.• Compare prices and purchase supplies and materials for Programs staff to maximize cost effectiveness.• Coordinate logistics for new Team Members at the start of their employment, including physical workspace preparation, technological connectivity requests and training on COSI systems.• Help with hourly payroll submission as needed in ADP system.• Maintain Programs Divisional financial records, process invoices and credit card statements, and serve as the liaison to the Finance Department to resolve finance related issues within the Programs Division.
