Programs Administrative Coordinator
Current- Provide administrative support to the Vice President of Programs
- Manage travel, daily calendar and events for the Vice President of Programs and divisional staff Directors.
- Assist the Vice President of Programs with the Divisional budget and coordination of budget justifications from Directors.
- Compare prices and purchase supplies and materials for Programs staff to maximize cost effectiveness.
- Coordinate logistics for new Team Members at the start of their employment, including physical workspace preparation, technological connectivity requests and training on COSI systems.
- Help with hourly payroll submission as needed in ADP system.
