After a 13 year nursing career in areas ranging from Pediatric Emegency to Childbirth Education and Alcoholism rehabilitation, I returned to college at Towson University for certification in Secondary English. Over a 25 year career at Middletown High School in Frederick County, I taught all grade levels of English, as well as introductory and advanced theatre classes. I advised various students groups, including SGA, National Honor Society, drama club, and TBA Improv troupe. I also co-directed drama and musical theatre productions.In 2012, I completed training in voice acting with Voice Coaches, Creative Voice Development Group, LLC and produced a professional voice acting CD. As I approach retirement from teaching, I look forward to expanding my voice acting experience.
