I have lived in the state of Iowa throughout my life and appreciate people with midwest values, but I love to travel and experience different cultures as well, with a goal of visiting each of the 50 states in my lifetime. Along with traveling, I enjoy photography and consider it a true gift to unwrap the images that I capture to edit them into precious keepsakes of the moments from my life. My other passion is for organizing things; closets, files, rooms, or whatever. I love when things are neat and labeled.I possess a high level of organization, professionalism, adaptability, empathy, creativity, and determination. I also enjoy public speaking, both live and online. Through the years, I have worked in a multitude of settings in which I interacted with many individuals, teams, and organizations from all walks of life, including; students, parents, faculty, administrators, boards, volunteers, and professionals. This knowledge and perspective gives me a unique advantage in my ability to understand what people need and how to meet those needs. Through professional communication skills I enjoy building positive and sustainable relationships with those I serve. I love the challenge of helping a customer come up with the best solutions for their needs.My main goal for a career is the ability to help people through gaining their trust and creating a relationship with them. I work hard to come up with ways to make a difference in the lives of others and am passionate about doing my absolute best on any responsibilities that I am offered to assist with, lead, or oversee. People with a high level of integrity are my favorite and I will do anything in my power to help them out. I believe that all people need to be treated with respect, no matter who they are or what they do. Relationships are the key to gaining and keeping customers and the best employees.I love to learn and if there is an area that I am not yet knowledgeable in, I will work to search for resources that can help me gain the knowledge I need. Working with web developers to help create systems that are the very best product for the needs of customers is one of the things I enjoyed most in my last position. I also loved selling the system to others to help make their lives better. Through the years I was blessed with great success in sales, building the system from less than 100 customers, to over 1250 at the end of my time with the company. With a near perfect retention rate, it was clear that the customer support strategies that I helped to create paid off in great dividends.
