With more than 20 years in the legal administration space, Marcy brings a deep understanding of both operations management and data analytics to her role as Vice President at JND. Working closely with teams across the organization, Marcy is a solutions-oriented leader who has a wealth of experience tackling both routine and novel challenges.During her career, Marcy has held leadership positions on hundreds of legal administrations involving consumer class actions, escrow disbursements, receiverships, chapter 11 corporate restructurings, and state insurance company liquidation proceedings. Her experience includes vital roles in matters such as the $135 million Navistar MaxxForce Engine Class Action Settlement, the $671 million C-8 Medical Monitoring Program (DuPont); and major corporate restructurings for AMR Corporation, et al. (American Airlines); Motors Liquidation Company, et al. (General Motors); Borders Group, Inc.; and Patriot Coal Corporation.In addition to her case work, Marcy has collaborated extensively over the years with IT professionals and has been instrumental in the design, development, and implementation of leading-edge legal administration technology initiatives.Prior to her career in legal administration, Marcy was the Director of Consumer Affairs for a major direct marketing company. Marcy received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Central Florida.
