CurrentI am responsible for the day-to-day business operations of TeleConcepts. Most of my time is devoted to client acquisition and servicing. Talking daily with our clients is the best part of my job. Client servicing is important and fun when things are going well. When things are not as successful as we or our clients anticipate, my job becomes more challenging and rewarding. It is my job to advocate for my clients, making sure they get the best TeleConcepts has to offer, given the timing, history, and market conditions in their specific location.I have solid experience in relationship building and client retention. I am very proud of our "Personal Invitations by Phone" approach that we have developed. By setting this type of personal and professional standard for each and every contact we make for our clients. I know they are getting the best effort we have to offer. Our tenure continues to prove this out.
