TeleConcepts is one of the oldest, independently owned, multi-client, outbound call centers in the Midwest. In 1986 TeleConcepts opened its doors representing local and regional cable television companies, upgrading existing customers' pay services as well as acquiring new subscribers. This experience in subscription sales and service became a springboard to a 10-year relationship with the St. Paul Pioneer Press. Throughout subsequent years, we represented many diverse businesses on a variety of projects; from lead generation for independent sales reps to working with Fortune 500 companies. In 1995 we were contacted to do a test program for Miracle-Ear corporate. Since that time we have enjoyed working with many different hearing aid dispensers, manufacturers, and ENTs nationwide.
