Marc Zablatsky is a C-level executive with 30 year history of leadership in startups, turnarounds and international organizations ready to scale. Marc has started, built, led and acquired companies in Consumer Goods / Services, Retail, SaaS, Healthcare (Aging), Education, Professional Services and Non Profits. Over his career, he has helped raise in excess of $200M for the company’s he has worked with, serving on numerous boards along the way. Since 2017 he has been a CFO for venture backed startups (Seed - Series C).In 2016, Marc moved to San Francisco after the sale of his company to a PE firm. Since moving to San Francisco Marc has been a fractional CFO for over 10 venture backed companies. He has also managed a team of 40+ CFOs as Managing Director of CFO Practice.Marc is a builder of businesses and brands with a successful track record of managing and aggressively growing multi-site B2C / B2BC organizations leveraging technology in the areas of SaaS, consumer goods & services, retail, education, professional services and the emerging aging marketplace.Marc earned a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Finance and Economics from Babson College and an MBA from Harvard Business School.Marc is also a strong supporter of social enterprise ventures. He served as COO of Management Leadership for Tomorrow, premier minor leadership development program. He was CEO of Fitness Forward a technology driven non-profit addressing the childhood obesity epidemic. He was President of the Harvard Business School Association of Boston (HBSAB), serving 6000+ HBS alumni in MA and most recently served on the board of The Harvard Business School Association of Northern California (HBSANC).---Prior to moving to San Francisco Marc was VP and General Manager of Sitecues (www.sitecues.com), a game changing SaaS technology that helps corporations better serve aging employees and online customers (and individuals with disabilities). With sitecues anyone can customize their online user experience to their specific needs without impacting other users. Websites, learning systems and other browser-based content enabled with sitecues are easier for seniors and boomers to see, hear, use & enjoy.Sitecues was the focus of Marc's passion for almost 7 years. He galvanized the resources (private equity backing) to go from an idea on a whiteboard to prototype, MVP, beta, commercial release and numerous pivots as it begins to scale into a global opportunity.
