I am a transformative media executive and change agent who combines a mix of creativity, negotiation proficiency and a collaborative leadership style to navigate entertainment companies through the multifaceted media world we operate in today. I have consistently built shareholder value across a diverse spectrum of entertainment properties on a global basis and have concluded a diverse range of media deals with every major studio and streaming platform. Most recently, as a disrupter with a contrarian approach to network programming strategies, I relaunched ION Television delivering record ratings and profitability, which culminated in a sale to EW Scripps providing a 28x investor return. Prior to turning my focus to the U.S. media industry, I served a Senior Vice President of Business Affairs & Development with the Cisneros Television Group and extended joint venture with Playboy Enterprises. As an innovative executive, I had the vision to see the opportunity to create and launch branded channels on a global basis as cable/satellite operators launched new digital distribution systems.Supporting my passion as a mentor and career coach, I became an Adjunct Professor at both the University of Pennsylvania School of Law and University of Miami School of law teaching The Business of Television, which seminar provides a comprehensive overview of the legal, business and financial aspects relevant to the development, production, acquisition and distribution of entertainment content on a global basis.
