The hospital requires a streamlined facility management solution that enables all employees to easily log problems or incidents without the need for prior training. Dispatchers should have tools toefficiently schedule and monitor the progress of work performed by technicians. Technicians, in turn, need a user-friendly application to track and update their task status in real time. This solution will be supported by a robust SAP S/4HANA backend, empowering the hospital to generate real-time reports, monitor facility health, and ensure a smooth, responsive approach to facility maintenance and management.My tasks included: Working on change requests where I have to take up a leading role to organize workshops with the customer to determine the desired changes. After the creation of the functional documentation configurations in the system should be done along with close collaboration with developers to enhance the solution

The "SAPIENS" project, short for Streamlining Applications and Processes to Integrate Enterprises Naturally through SAP S/4HANA, will consolidate multiple ERP systems, such as SAP Business One and Exact Online, into a single cloud-based platform. This modern solution will serve as the organization's single source of truth, streamlining processes, reducing financial reporting time, and enabling real-time consolidation and analysis. SAP S/4HANA Cloud PE is a native cloud platform, providing flexibility, scalability, and automatic bi-annual updates to keep the system at the forefront of innovation. In the SAPIENS project I am responsible for automated testing, creating test scripts, UAT tests, supporting the customer with issues and struggles where neededI am also one of two responsible people for authorization management, ensuring the systems remain secure and provisioning roles on the system.

Project organized by SAP, me and the rest of my team worked on an that would use generative AI to read data from our timesheet app and give suggestions on how to improve entries, check them for inappropriate comments and notify team leads when a notification was entered on a non-working day, a holiday, or was not entered at all.

My job as an intern was to learn all about SAPIENS in a short amount of time, write documentation, give presentations and eventually look at the possibilities and eventual setup of automated tests.
