I was a Senior Analyst and Associate with The Predictive Group, Inc. The Predictive Index is a management system that identifies the demands of the jobs within organizations, from the Executive Board to entry-level employees, and the individuals naturally motivated by those demands.I became a Licensed Analyst of the Predictive Index (PI) System in 1996. The PI System enabled me to effectively model jobs and match the demands to the natural talents of the employees. Armed with the insight of each individual’s natural talents, I was able to utilize those human resources to maximize their effectiveness and productivity for the achievement of the company’s goals, while enhancing the job satisfaction of each individual.PI applications include strategic manpower planning and succession planning; job modeling, maximizing engagement, conflict resolution, and team building.
