With over ten years of experience in the public sector, I am a passionate and driven leader in the field of infrastructure, open space, and fleet management. I am currently the Manager - Infrastructure and Open Space at City of Casey, where I lead a large and diverse department that manages and maintains Council’s infrastructure and open space assets, including the Parks and Leisure Australia Park of the Year - Wilson Botanic Park, and the elite training facilities of Melbourne Football Club and Melbourne City FC at Casey Fields. I am committed to delivering high-quality services and outcomes for the community, the environment, and the organisation, and to fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and positivity among my teams and stakeholders.I have been a Board Member of Triathlon Victoria since June 2021, where I contribute to the governance, finance, strategy, and risk management of the peak body for triathlon in Victoria. I have also completed the Foundations of Directorship course from the Australian Institute of Company Directors.I have a strong background in civil engineering, having obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) and a Diploma of Management from Swinburne University of Technology, and more recently the Professional Certificate in Infrastructure Financial Management from the Institute of Public Works Engineering Australia. I have also gained valuable experience in the not-for-profit sector, having worked as a Project Director and a Centre Coordinator at YMCA Victoria. I am proud to have been recognised as one of the Top 100 Public Sector Women in 2022, and to have received the Institute of Public Works Engineering Australia (IPWEA) Victoria Emerging Leader Award in 2019.
