This was a newly designed role that was quite unique. A team of 3 administrators were chosen to be a part of an admin team that moved around the borough (local council area), to admin roles that desperately needed attention. These people were chosen for their system skills (I was a systems expert of their database), flexibility and adaptability.

I had been working in the Sports Club for 2 years in bars and gaming and was quickly promoted into a leadership role.The leadership role required me to lead a group of up to 70 staff on a shift with another leader.
