Mijn werk als communicatieadviseur is erg veelzijdig: van het bedenken en schrijven van een communicatiestrategie over het toezicht op zorgnetwerken tot het coördineren van een online magazine. En van het redigeren van een politiek rapport over de ambulante ggz tot het organiseren van stakeholderbijeenkomsten over samenwerken in de zorg. Daarnaast schrijf ik speeches voor externe en interne optredens van de Inspecteur-Generaal.

Ik was de rechterhand van de afdelingsmanager en projecthoofdinspecteur Verpleging & Verzorging. Ik coördineerde de werkzaamheden van een team Medewerkers Toezicht. Ook zorgde ik voor het monitoren, analyseren en sturen op productiecijfers. Als penvoerder van twee politiek gevoelige rapporten had ik nauw contact met de hoofdinspecteur, communicatieadviseurs en externe stakeholders, zoals brancheverenigingen en de directie langdurige zorg van het ministerie van VWS. Daarnaast heb ik in deze functie meerdere projecten opgepakt en succesvol afgerond.

Research Internship for Master thesis on HIV/Aids communication and HIV/Aids stigma in Christian Churches in and around Stellenbosch. Interviews with church leaders from different Christian churches were held in order to find out to what extent the communication of Christian churches in Stellenbosch encourages or discourages the HIV/Aids related stigma.
