POSITION: Operations Head, Manufacturing & Planning DivisionGENERAL DESCRIPTION:Plans and ensures the development and implementation of activities related to the manufacturing process, quality of products and services, cost efficiency and the total supply chain. Work with cross-functional teams such as production, human resources, quality assurance, maintenance, warehousing, engineering & customer services teams to meet the corporate objectives.Manufacturing• Supervises the production process, creates the production schedule.• Controls the total cost of production and ensures the delivery of high-quality outputs at the right cost.• Plans and schedules the production requirements such as manpower, raw materials and equipments.• Monitors the production processes and do adjustment on production schedules if necessary.• Monitors the implementation of quality control programs to ensure that final products meet the standards.• Ensures that production is within schedule.• Prepares weekly production reports. Planning (Raw Materials and Finished Good)• Coordinates with the sales department to align the demand to the production capacity. • Creates the production plans – material, manpower and equipment requirements. • Loads the production schedule to the manufacturing hubs.• Ensures that machines are loaded with royalty or smart card in order to avoid interruptions or delays.• Plans and controls the raw materials inventory levels with regards to the established reorder points.Logistics• Plans the delivery of finished products to the construction sites.• Plans the mode and type of transportation equipment to ensure on time delivery at minimum cost.• Coordinates to contractors/ developers to ensure the delivery of units to the construction sites.• Prepares weekly logistics reports.

Specific Responsibilities: >Responsible in generation, evaluation, and implementation of improvement activities to reduce monthly billing charge by subcontractors (labor cost reduction thru ST improvements) >In-charge for sub-assembly transfers to subcontractors and simulates plan allocation and cost merit per selected subcontractors. >Monitor “Other Sales” charged by subcontractors and make counter proposal if the billing is not within the set target >Serve as a window person for PPRD / PPRDPH / IMI/ VAC pertaining to ODD/Sanyo Production. >Attend and arrange meetings when necessary. >Participate in company's activities and training programs related to area of responsibility. >Performs other duties that may be assigned on a case to case basis

GENERAL DESCRIPTION:Ensures that products are produced at the rate needed to meet the customer demand while maintaining high quality at the lowest cost. Maintains the balance and utilize the use of 4M’s Resources (Man, Material, Methods and Machine)RESPONSIBILITIES:1. Monitors and checks line efficiency in meeting the required tact time as required by the customer.2. Designs and implements line improvements in order maintain the smooth flow of operations.3. Reviews line performances and implement productivity/ capacity improvement on a monthly basis.4. Designs and implements quality programs for the production facility to increase the yield rate.5. Establishes detailed procedures which involves testing of product at various stages of the manufacturing process.6. Prepares and updates CPAR (Corrective/Preventive Action Report) for production abnormalities to prevent product failures.7. Analyzes material variances by comparing theoretical count against actual count to avoid production interruption and delay.8. Requests additional materials particularly sub-assembly parts for advanced production.9. Creates the manpower plan and ensures that the necessary number and types of production workers are on the job to manufacture products.10. Trains workers for emergency cross-functional assignments.
