- Directly manage a team of 15 or more agents, which includes the provision of significant input on hiring, appropriate discipline, discharge, and ensuring accuracy of inputs- Maintains target levels of performance required by the client- Helps maintain a good team and working environment, e.g. providing appropriate motivational techniques to promote team building and to increase team and Call Center morale - Takes on all other related tasks of the position

- Manages projects in a quantitative standard to the client's approval and management guidelines- Performs the task of ensuring that projects are in shape to finish and the quantitative aspects that go with them- Knowledgeable of updating the status of a study whether it will finish on time or not through tools provided- Knows the basics of operations tasks, timekeeping, reports ask by the manager, etc.- Sends reports and updates in a timely manner

- Ensures that agents adhere to the standards of quality set by the management- Provides quantitative reports on projects specifics and inputs related to quality- Provides updates to frontliners changes or updates regarding project instructions- Provides coaching/training to agents in need- Addresses agents’ QA related concerns in a timely manner- Conducts pre-shift, mid-shift and post-shift briefing on a daily basis - Provides reports/updates regarding interviewers’ performance- Briefs interviewers on their assigned projects- Reports project concerns to the project supervisor/manager/team lead- Prepares briefing notes on new projects
