Greeting tables. Gathering drink and food orders while making necessary substations and recommendations based on dietary restrictions. Up-selling wines, plates and specials. Performing excellent customer service throughout the meal while serving the entirety of the section. Maintaining above average shift sales and over 20% on tips indicating superior service. Accurately handling cash and credit card transactions.

Greeting clients and managing the salon's appointment calendar in regards to bookings and cancellations. Maintaining internal product inventory and up selling products to new and existing customers. Opening and closing the salon. Counting money and recording financial intake. Performing excellent customer service.
