Banner operates in six states with 30 acute-care hospitals, the Banner Health Network, Banner Medical Group and Banner University Medicine.• Orchestrated a comprehensive leadership program for high-potentials across the organization. Developed a framework to identify, select, develop, and monitor senior and mid-level leaders from 2021-2024 for a six-month program. Achieved 92% retention and 44% promotion rate.• Partnered with the Banner Health Foundation from 2021-2024, securing over $3.4M in workforce development grants. • Conceptualized and launched the career pathways program in 2022, offering employees a structured approach to explore clinical careers, pursue education, access support services, and transition into high-demand roles. Facilitated 25 promotions with 70 participants enrolled. Implemented Power BI, driving a 25% increase in operational efficiencies through on-demand analytics.• Spearheaded the introduction of Career Services at Banner Health, featuring a dynamic platform for intuitive navigation, group and one-on-one career advisement, training, and actionable resources. Within three months, attracted over 200,000 visits with resources rated 4.8 out of 5.• Led enterprise-wide performance management strategies, elevating appraisal completion rates from 97% to 99.9% through targeted training and process enhancements. • Established Banner’s Coaching Center of Excellence, offering executive coaching, leadership development training, peer coaching, and on-demand resources. Oversaw a cadre of 30+ senior leaders serving as executive coaches. Introduced peer coaching to support mental health and reduce burnout among key personnel.• Led organization-wide succession planning initiatives, achieving a 100% completion rate of succession plans and identifying critical roles.
