Lead all internal investigations globally and act as primary interface with government agencies in each discipline.•Litigation. Lead Company’s investigation and defense or prosecution of toxic tort, insurance coverage, products liability, property damage, labor & employment, and other claims, including strategic negotiation, arbitration, mediation, and litigation of same. Lead Company’s pursuit of insurance coverage for historical liabilities including asbestos, silica, environmental, and other claims. •M&A/Corporate. Lead and participate in significant mergers & acquisitions activity, including both domestic (U.S.) and international transactions.
