Responsible for attracting qualified candidates by sending them emails about a particular job opening under UnitedHealth Group. We sent them emails through our system in Taleo, KonaSearch, different job boards like Indeed, Career Builder, Monster, and Linkedin. We do our talent mining by making strong search string (Boolean searching) based from the required and preferred qualifications. We attract candidates based from the location we’re working on and most of our TAS works are for positions in United States, and all countries where UnitedHealth Group is. We also receive Lead Generation requests from our recruiters in the US. We search for resumes that meet all the required and most of preferred qualifications for a certain position and give them all we can find. I also experienced training our new team members from India through WebEx.

Provided basic counseling for students under probation, transferees, and other students who need our service. I also assisted them as well as their parents for the enrollment needs and clearance. I was also responsible for updating and filing each students’ profile. Other office works were also done to assist the Guidance counselor and coordinator.
