Assisted with the employment process of certified, classified, and substitute staff i.e. enter new hire information in district data base, process exiting employees. Managed the hiring process of substitute personnel i.e. posting positions, selecting candidates to interview, conducting reference checks, hiring candidate, providing orientation, and training sessions when needed. Prepared and updated Substitute Handbook and Substitute Nurse Handbook. Maintained records involving substitute staff i.e. AESOP system, assignment of staff, days worked to comply with ASRS guidelines, evaluations, and appropriate certifications.
