About Maree Mackenzie

Currently employed by the NHS as a Senior Nurse Endoscopist. I have been qualified in both diagnostic and therapeutic upper GI endoscopy since 2006 and colonoscopy since 2012. I have extensive experience in therapeutic upper GI endoscopy and polypectomy. I have attended all the necessary JAG accredited upskilling courses. I am a JAG accredited trainer, teaching both nurse and medical endoscopists. I am currently a member of the teaching faculty locally and within other health boards nearby. I am also an Independent Nurse Prescriber.
