Maree is an experienced leader and manager with successive appointments in challenging and demanding roles in the government and the not for profit sector. She has significant experience in education and training, having developed, managed and delivered training in the Vocational Education and Training (VET), the commercial sector and more recently the primary sector. Training experience includes delivery of accredited training and assessment at the Diploma and Certificate IV level for Management, Business Management and Human Resource Management disciplines. Maree is currently teaching in the Primary Sector and has worked with Catholic Education and Education Queensland.Maree's portfolio has involved strategic and operational planning and performance reporting; driving business performance; managing risk, compliance and business continuity; strategic project planning; educational management; financial and staff planning and management; and delivering accredited training to a broad range of clients. Her goal is to succeed in building and maintaining a resilient culture and sustainable operations. She has a particular interest in developing the learning capacity of organisations as the means for creating sustained development in today’s rapidly changing business environment.
