Ground Operations Training Coordinator
Current• Establish and maintain strong working relationships with Business Manager (Ground Operations and Qantas Ground Services) in order to ensure business needs are understood;Translate business requirements into an annual training plan to ensure manpower needs are met;• Develop and schedule training to meet the Training Plan;• Provide regular reports back to the relevant Business Managers on training progress and determine solutions for any issues;• Manage external client airline relationships to ensure training needs meet business needs;• Develop and implement client airline training plans to meet client airline SLAs;• Liaise with resource planners to schedule training and ensure times meet both the training and operational needs;• Ensure training requirements meet and do not exceed annual training department training budget;• Manage the team of trainers including ensuring their training qualifications and competencies meet requirements;• Ensure the training programs delivered by the trainers meet business requirements;• Oversee the record keeping of training compliance through WorkDay
