Provided specialist expertise and business development for a new energy from waste (EfW) facility in BC and newly acquired transfer stations in Philadelphia, PA. Examined market conditions, prepared regulatory and funding submissions and liaised with municipal and private waste managers.
Key coordinator for developing a new Solid Waste Management Plan for the Metro Vancouver Region and the project was brought to a public draft within an unprecedented 6 month timeframe.
