As Sport and Recreation Manager, I am responsible for the overall management of a range of sporting, recreation, and gymnastics services within PCYC Queensland. The role coordinates systems, policies and proceduresfor sport, recreation and gymnastics on a statewide basis, to ensure both compliance with relative peak body requirements, and sustained.

As Regional Manager, I lead and manage teams to ensure the region delivers on key performance indicators in line with the PCYC strategic plan. A key focus of this role is to maximise commercial efficiencies and drive growth through strategic partnerships and a focus on high quality customer satisfaction, while leading a positive culture in line with PCYC.
