 Being Secretary of Import Department Issuing the PO on ERP (Epicor) and checking the invoices from suppliers Coordinating with the suppliers to check the inventory Sending the purchase orders to suppliers in both overseas and Thailand/Entering the purchase order on supplier’s system. Follow up the shipment status and schedule  Follow up the shipping documents i.e. B/L, invoice, Form (FORM E, FORM D, FORM I), COA, etc. Sending the claim when there is the damaged good or packaging. Writing the complaint letter Any task assigned by the supervisor
