Financial Account Analyst for Reseller Financial ServicesFocused on accounts from the DACH region• Provide guidance and assistance to team members for higher levels of underwriting• Assist with decision-making for complicated solutions and recommend possible strategies to tackle problems.• Assess and release sales orders, and discuss appropriate financing options with the customer, if required• Review & maintain files for the renewal of Trade Credit Limits - financial information collected thanks to close contacts with clients (phone calls and visits)• Write and submit motivated credit proposals for higher levels of underwriting.• Utilize collection techniques to resolve debts of at-risk customers that have failed to pay through the normal collection process. Working closely together with the internal legal department, communication with external lawyers, process claims with the credit insurance and insolvency administrators.• Process new credit applications / check creditworthiness.• Proactive reassessment of business proceedings•Write-off, bad debt provision and reporting to internal auditors
