The Service Center supports Customer Success Account Managers in administrative task as well as other back-office activities and operates on a global scale. The project consisted of practically advising the Service Center on how to boost the performance of their current services as well as presenting ideas on outsourcing certain tasks. Overall, the execution of the project required deep knowledge of internal workflows.
