Head of Tied Agents Competence Center in Generali PPF Holding since 02/2008. Development of Tied Agents networks: Country and cross country projects in 10 CEE countries. Focus on key countries Romania, Russia, Poland and Czech republic and Hungary. Key projects: Support of sales force reforms in Romania (Generali Assigurari 2008-2011), Educative insurance game G-Life (insurance and finance planning) 2011.Support of Sales Force reform (2009) and New business model in Česká Pojišťovna CZ (2011-212). New adaptation process for newcomers in Generali Pojišťovna CZ (2012).SME business development in Generali Pojišťovna (2012).Concept of agencies in Generali Providencia HUN (2012). Sales Force Audits in BG, UA, CZ, SK, SLO, SRB, POL and SK in 2008-2013.
