Marek Bledowski, has been working in Apsys for over 17 years, since 2011 he has been holding the position of Head of Commercial Department and Board Member of Apsys Polska. He has gained his professional experience within Apsys’s structures while being in charge of leasing activities since first Apsys' developments of Janki Warsaw and Korona Wroclaw, acting as the Head of Leasing and Board Member in Poland, laesing director of Apsys Russia. While holding these several positions in Apsys Group, Marek Bledowski has acquired a wide and comprehensive expertise in Development, Project Management, Leasing and Property Management, due to his work on a different types of retail products such as Regional Shopping Centers, (Posnania, Poznan) and revitalization of City centers (i.e. Manufaktura in Lodz, Poland).
