Injection Moulding Technician
CurrentXerotech is a battery technology company that is solving one of the greatest challenges of our generation, industrial electrification.Responsibilities:• Assist in the process development and validation of the new Moulding Tools• Manage production, planning, and scheduling of the Injection Mould department• Troubleshoot Injection Moulding technical issues, providing robust solutions• Perform weekly and monthly Preventative Maintenance on Injection Mould machines and Robot• Prepare Injection Mould Tools, load and unload them into the press, manage the Hot Runner systems• Assist the Toolmakers with striping, cleaning and servicing all types of Injection Mould Tools, prepare them for the next mould batch, and collaborating closely with the Tooling Team• Conduct quality control checks on moulded components• Ensure moulded components are packed according to the packaging specification• Prepare material and handle finished goods• Complete all quality documentation and checklists ensuring they are filled out and signed off• Manage and maintain the Mouldshop and Injection Mould machines spares and storage• Perform mould cleaning and checks during in-process production• Ensure all associated Mouldshop consumables are stocked and available• Serve as a First Aid Representative
