- Working in a project team responsible for oragnizing medium-sized and large events including mass events- Managing various projects as a team member and team leader- Coordinating actions of the project team and subcontractors - Priorytizng and scheduling assignments - Planning budgets and ensuring their realization - Identyfing clients’ needs- Preparing creative client offers including PowerPoint presentations, key visiuals, lauouts. - Focusing on the technical aspect of organizing events i.e. stage building, analyzing technical suitability of venues for particular audio, lighting and visual equipment- On-site data gathering and cooperating with subcontractors as to fulfiling event requirements - Managing schedules to meet deadlines. - Creative problem solving

- Coordination and management control of flagship events organized by the Institution: concerts, musical events, film screenings, art exhibitions, social projects, projects in the city space,individual artistic projects, adaptation of rooms and open spaces,- Organization of work and distribution of responsibilities among employees/project coordinators,- Creating the annual schedule of activities and budget - Negotiation of contracts and terms of cooperation with strategic partners,- Selection, coordination of work and billing of subcontractors,- Evaluation of project applications received by the Institution- Supervision of technical and artistic works- Contact with artists, overall planning and implementation of artists' stays and performances,- Obtaining the necessary permits, contacting administrative units, drafting RFPs
