I've learned how to make good use of the available software tools (Software Engineering Environment) to be more efficient. This allowed me to focus on introducing the Software Project Teams and organize works between my colleagues. We could together solve the problems that we were facing every new project.I have been working on Template's Development to be even more effective. Since then, I am always introducing new ideas to my projects to increase efficiency, but also to satisfy Customer.- Water Demineralization Station for Tauron Wytwarzanie SA – Oddział Łagisza, software engineering and FAT tests, Poland (Valmet DNA)- SNCR injection upgrade for “Mondi Świecie S.A.” (Valmet DNA), software engineering and FAT tests- Short commissioning assist during system upgrade for Flue Gas Filters in “LondonEnergy Ltd” waste treatment plant in London, UK- New biomass boiler with fuel handling for “Papeteries Emin Leydier (Saica Paper)”. Other parts that was included: ◦ WTP (Wood Treatment Plant) – Wood silo with truck unloading station. This wood, after wood processing plant (separators, screens, shredders) was transported to the boiler silo as a main fuel ◦ RTP (Reject Treatment Plant) – Rejects from three different sources from Paper mill was collected in a reject processing plant, where by means of different separation and shredding steps they are sorted in three different streams with magnetic and non-magnetic metals and fuel material fed to the incineration plant.- New CFB Boiler in Kronospan (Soleuvre Sanem, Luxembourg). Software Engineering and FAT tests.

Transition Metso --> Valmet didn't changed too much. Main tasks still the same. Gathering experience, friendship, contacts.- Waste Treatment Plant, engineering and FAT tests in “Keppel-Seghers” in Belgium, start-up and commissioning in Waste Incineration Plant Białystok, Poland (Valmet DNA)- Power Plant block with 25MW steam turbine, engineering, start-up and commissioning in Zakłady Azotowe Kędzierzyn, Poland (Valmet DNA)- Compressed Bio-Methane (CBM) Demonstrator Project in Swindon for “Go Green Fuels”, England – software engineering in Valmet’s Office. Project was continued later on in 2020 as ABSL (Advanced Biofuel Solutions Ltd)- Commissioning of steam turbine for Green Power Station in Tilbury, England (Valmet DNA)

I was working as subcontractor in many projects. My role was Senior Software Engineer.
