My scientific interest was initially concern in creating entrepreneurshipwithin the organization - which my doctoral dissertation was devoted to -and now it is a preincubation of entrepreneurship and startups.The main achievement was the creation and also the development ofEntrepreneurial Training, which was among the 10 best rated subjects ofthe free choice at SGH and for which I got a medal Ministry of Education(KEN). I am currently developing the Entrepreneurship Incubator, whichallows students to test their startup during the course. I was also a coauthorof the SGH's Recovery Plan, which was effectively implementedand allowed the University to recover the financial liquidity expected bythe Ministry. For my scientific and didactic activity I received three 2-nddegree individual awards from the SGH Rector as well as the collectiveone.

After a period of fairly restrictive ban on competition, I set up a company that provides training and consulting services. My activity was focused on the growth of entrepreneurship and creativity of companies and employees. I have provided services for such companies as Startup Academy (part of intrapreneurship implementation project in Compensa S.A.) and PWPW S.A (consultancy and coordination services in the field of IT projects management and acceleration). I have supervised the Controlling Department as well as the correctnessof the cost-effectiveness analyzes of investment projects. As a matter offact, as a successor to the post of director, I was a substitute in the wholefinance area. In the year 2015, the company generated income over 700million PLN,. profit 200 million PLN and had employed more than 1,600people.The main achievement at this time was the creation of a new accountingmodel - especially dedicated to PWPW structure, which facilitates themeasurement of business results and motivation in the company. I alsoparticipated in building a corporate strategy and an organizationtailored to this strategy.

The program covered 80% of the company'semployees (voluntary participation) and generates more than 100initiatives per year.
