LEAP HPC Structure Design Engineering• Providing on daily basis manufacturing support to LEAP-1A/C (Airbus A320neo and Comac C919 engines) and LEAP-1B (Boing 737 MAX engine) High Pressure Compressor (HPC) Structure hardware; • Working on nonconforming hardware dispositions supported by engineering assessments and detailed analyses including verification of design criteria (stress assessment, life impact and part life capabilities verification, crush stress assessment, etc.) with use of engineering software such as ANSYS, NX and other company tools; • Verification of repair procedures in coordination with manufacturing sites; • Communication with other teams (Airfoils, MAE, PSE, PDE etc.) to verify analysis assumptions and results; • Communication with manufacturing sources to support on time delivery of the hardware; • Support of cost-out, producability and new product introduction (NPI) projects;• Support of assembly engine lines;• Field support;• Changes in Design (CID) - that is work on change substantiation, creation of formal change documentation and supervision of its incorporation.

Development and mechanical design electric generators up to 75MW for gas turbines or diesel engines.• Designing mechanical components of large industrial power generators for Oil&Gas, Marine & Heavy Industry (3D CAD models and 2D technical drawings using Creo/ProE and AutoCAD), such as customer terminal (input and output) boxes and support structures according to customer requirements and applicable standards; • Preparing documentation and BOM structures (Siemens TeamCenter/PLM software), selection of the instrumentation needed to equip the generator and structural support for the generator; • Supporting manufacturing facility in Rugby (UK) with design changes and problem-solving design concepts.• Work on NPI projects (MHI, Jenbacher prototype);• Control of assembly and component drawings as a mechanical engineer;• Involve in quality meetings (NCR-s investigations, work procedure creating);• Performing engineering calculations on components to determine suitability and lifespan;• Providing a technical response service to other departments and outside suppliers;• Support of the service team by coordinating information at the appropriate level for successful completion of projects from mechanical point of view.

Subsea Trees Projects• Leading and coordinating engineering tasks and activities as a Project Leader;• Provide workload and execution of project activities, controlling budget and ensuring project requirements have been effectively realized in accordance with plans, design and specifications;• Oversee the assigned activities and ensure that the quality goals set by management are met;• Control hours spent on projects, fund consumption and customer’s satisfaction;• Work with functional managers to capture the requirements and expectations and regularly exceed commitments through personal effort and team leadership;• Ensure technical coordination with customers and vendors including attendance at review meetings;• Perform technical mentoring for the team. Control quality and delivery of design executed by the team through program plan and technical reviews;• Control overtime, work time per employee, consumption of assigned funds and vouchering records for the team. Forecast budget amendments;• Monitor and communicate project status, business issues and significant developments as appropriate;• Schedule engineering deliverables, identify resources and cost requirements;• Cooperate with other teams relative to supporting increases work-scope and project integrity;• Lead and support of all project phases – approve technical documentation (drawings, layouts and P&ID), Bill of Materials (BOM), test & assembly procedures;• Assist in test and assembly process of subsea systems equipment;• Provide support & resolve shop floor and vendor queries;• Liaise with manufacturing to ensure designs are suitable and allow for efficient manufacture. Providing manufacturing support as required;• Provide guidance and technical assistance to subordinate engineers in complex situations.

ATO (Advanced Technology Organisation; R&D) Subsea Production Systems• Oversee the assigned activities and ensure that the quality goals set by management are met;• Perform technical mentoring for the team. Control quality and delivery of design executed by the team through program plan and technical reviews;• Control overtime, work time per employee, consumption of assigned funds and vouchering records for the team, forecast budget amendments;• Plan and execute the Travel and Living, Training and other non-project activities;• Monitor and communicate project status, business issues and significant developments as appropriate; Develop and maintain team specific training plan for new and old employees (on the job training, mentoring, etc.);• Timely, accurate and documented employee assessment and performance discussions (EMS and Mid-Year);• Develop talented employees within current organization; match skills/career interests with technical positions/tasks available. Keep high morale and motivation among team members to prevent attrition;• Resolve and mitigate personal conflicts within the team;• Experience in planning and organization of technical and soft trainings for team members;• Recruit employees, assign, manage, motivate and evaluate their work;• Engineering engagement and leading various Subsea/Oil&Gas activities.
