✔ My interest in product development and optimisation, along with an engineering curiosity,began very early in my life. As a child, I came up with an idea of how to gain more space in my parents car and thereby succeeded in implamenting my 𝐟𝐢𝐫𝐬𝐭 𝐨𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐬𝐦𝐢𝐬𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧.✔ During studies, I was a group representative and a leader of many small teams, which taught me primarily how important teamwork is. In the 𝐬𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐨𝐫𝐠𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐈𝐀𝐄𝐒𝐓𝐄 I was the coordinator of the Job & Fund Raising Group and organised internship offers for over 30 students. My time at University showed me how enjoyable and rewarding being a leader can be, and the satisfaction one can gain when everyone comes together to achieve the final 𝐭𝐞𝐚𝐦 𝐬𝐮𝐜𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬. ✔ Being a Product Development Team Leader in Promag company I implemented to the production 3 brand 𝐧𝐞𝐰 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭 𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬. I also showed that modular design of workshop furniture enables shortening of delivery time to the customer and decreases production costs.✔ In the company PCI Membranes I was able to realise a milestone the company had been striving for 10 years, by the production 𝐢𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐧 of a new filtration module. Thanks to this, the stakeholders received a more 𝐞𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭 way to increase production and hasten water treatment.✔ In my current company, FORVIA, I 𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞 complete seats 𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐞 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭 by connecting customer requirements with production needs and ensuring that engineering changes have minimum impact on production process and 𝐜𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐫 𝐢𝐬 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐭 from our planning, efficient actions and progress moniotring. The goal is to implement such solutions to production in order to assemble the highest quality seats in 𝐏𝐨𝐫𝐬𝐜𝐡𝐞 cars.✔ My key abilities include: - project management,- project and product engineering,- product development and product optimistion,- knowledge of production processes and engineering technologies,- change management,- team management,- solving quality issues and implementing action plans, - solutions on customer requirements- conducting root cause analysis (RCA).✔ I forsee myself in engineering project management and would like to develop myself in this direction as a Project Engineer or similar.💚 Bike riding, especially bikepacking trips and travels (city breaks) are my biggest passions.
