Managing of Solid Dose Production Department in pharmaceutical company (100 people to manage), Managing of two teams – one is team of technologist managed by Technical Support Manager and second is production team managed by Manufacturing and Packaging Manager. Also I created position of Operational Excellence Coordinator for Six Sigma activities. Working.
