Credit and Collections Manager for an international company. Managing collections for roughly 1000 customers located in Poland with average AR of 30 M USD. Closely cooperating with EMEA AR Leader, Financial Controllers, Sales Force, Financial SSC, Customer Service. Managing local AR team to ensure receivables collection and secure credit risk ; Credit limits and financial statement reviews; Forecast and track DSO; Work closely with the customers and maintain good relationship; Manage aspects of the monthly, quarterly and yearly close process. As a Buyer responsibility for indirect sourcing; Costs reporting, Managing Vendors, Contracts negotiations; Close cooperation with Financial SSC and international Sourcing Team
