- Establishing contacts and relationships with potential tenants- Creating net of contacts within the real estate industry- Research and evaluation- Presenting the office leasing options in the Skanska´s portfolio.- Negotiating Heads of Terms, lease terms, contracts and amendments with tenants and real estate partners- Co-operating with asset, project, finance, and legal teams on solutions- Presentation of brand, projects, solutions, and visions to the partners and public- Member of company ESG and Retail workgroups

- Accountable for development of two shopping malls in multiple areas of vendor co-operation- Building a trustful vendor relationship- Improving the relationship between the landlord, the center management and vendor on the base of loyalty partnerships- Coordinating and harmonizing all vendor-related data and KPI´s- Leading role in implementation, development and success of loyalty programs / Mobile Apps- Engaging all vendors to participate in all marketing and loyalty activities- Running constant data analysis in order to drive improvement and efficiency of loyalty activities- Building up sales arguments required to successfully fulfill commercial and marketing responsibilities- Providing vendors with selective SWOT analysis- Visual Merchandising advisory to vendors- Identifying and recommending vendors for Tenant Mix- Co-operating and driving marketing coordinators in implementation of campaign strategy- Negotiating marketing co-operations with third parties- Regular reporting to property owners

- Initiating, establishing and maintaining positive relationships with vendors and stakeholders- Development of Retail and Marketing areas with vendors- Overseeing the implementation of operational marketing concepts- Analysing and reporting of vendor and mall KPI´s- Playing an active role in the development of the outlet center- Providing reviews, forecasts, analysis and SWOT- Analysing and forwarding business opportunities to Stakeholders- Co-operation with other outlet centers within the company portfolio- Conducting site inspections on a daily basis to identify Health & Safety issues, cleanliness, maintenance, and security issues- Monitoring vendor lease contract compliance- Close co-operation with all departments in Center Management, such as Marketing, Legal, Leasing, Finance, Tourism, Facilities

- Organizing all store operations, and allocating responsibilities to personnel- Analysing KPI´s and revenue reports and making forecasts- Supervising and guiding staff towards maximum performance- Controlling the store´s budget with the aim of minimising expenditure and increasing efficiency (P&L)- Motivating store staff to achieve positive results by coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees- Recruiting and training employees- Keeping abreast with market trends to determine the need for improvements of the store- Ensuring the store complies with all legal and health and safety guidelines

- Ensuring KPIs and goals of the store were met.- Implementing visual merchandising.- Dealing with complaints from customers.- Inspecting the areas in the store, and resolving any issues that may have arisen.

- Providing excellent customer service to high-end customers- Backstage assisting part on creation of several private fashion shows and events connected to top class designers: Oscar de la Renta, Karl Lagerfeld, Jil Sander, Stella McCartney, Viktor&Rolf, Dries Van Noten, Elie Saab, Maison Martin Margiela, Nina Ricci, Moncler, Dirk Bikkenbergs.
