Sygnity is one of the biggest and leading software integrators in Poland (sygnity.pl), offering a wide scope of IT solutions and services for the Banking, Finance, and Insurance Industries, and also for Energy and Public Administration.Working there I was responsible among the others for:> Building and developing a business unit responsible for the solutions and services offered to the insurance industry. > Defining and implementing the strategy for the industry. Ensuring achievement of targeted KPIs.> Developing relations with clients and partners.> Building the own team and ensuring the appropriate staffing for activated projects, utilizing the company potential, subcontracting, and external sourcing. > Leadership in key deals and delivery projects, examples: - WBK-AVIVA (currently SANTANDER-AVIVA): Establishment of 2 new joint-venture, insurance companies (life and non-life), from greenfield to fully operational organizations. The project covered designing and implementing entire business and technical architectures (Operational Model, business processes, products; implementing IT systems supporting all key functions; enterprise reporting solution based on DWH, integration of all components in SOA, including integration with mother Bank and Insurer).- CREDIT AGRICOLE BANK: Development of the Bancassurance Platform enabling defining the widest possible product offer of the bank based on insurance products from many insurers, with automatic data exchange between the bank and business partners.- INTER POLSKA: Core system implementation; replacing legacy solutions with consolidation and optimization of related business processes.- IFD KAPITAL Group (Russian Federation): Implementation of new pension core insurance system with satellite IT solutions; business transformation with the consolidation of existing companies and their business functions and processes; Roles: Business Architect, then Implementation Team Manager.

> Managing and developing the department responsible for project management, software quality, training, testing, and IT audits (mainly in the financial sector). Development of its services and products.> Managing IT projects and consulting services (mainly in the financial industry). > Participating in implementation projects related to a wide scope of business and technical areas as an analyst, architect, and implementation lead.> Providing business and IT advisory/consulting services, including IT and security audits.Example projects:- AVIVA: Migration of the core L&P insurance system to a new technology platform; Role: Architect.- PZU Group: Implementation of a new core solution for the open pension fund with data migration from old systems; role: Implementation Lead.- AN INSURANCE COMPANY: Core insurance systems security audit in the information security system environment; reference standards: ISO 27xxx, ISACA, SANS, SSI. Role: Leading Auditor.- A FINANCIAL GROUP: Data quality audit with developing the Data Quality ScoreCards and implementing data quality program; role: Leading Consultant- KRUS (The Agriculture Social Insurance Fund): Review of IT strategy; Role: Leading Consultant.- ORLEN Group: Implementation of Oracle EBS (selected modules); Role: Project Manager.- A PENSION FUND: Due Diligence; role: Leading Consultant in the area of merging IT systems and data migration. - AVIVA: IT governance project in IT professional competency area, based on SFIA (Skills Framework for Information Age); Role: Leading Consultant.

> Coordinating all IT initiatives and projects conducted for the benefit of Allianz structures in Poland, including branches and claims handling centres.> Supporting the expansion of the branches in Poland. Supervising building the network and implementation of the supporting systems. Developing ICT architecture.> Coordinating all projects covering or having an impact on business operations in Poland from IT side.> Cooperating with IT vendors and technology partners.> Synchronizing the programs and projects with regional and global initiatives.
