I am a long time mentor of emerging female leaders and early tenure Chief Executives. More recently I have been working closely with CEOs, their team and company Boards at private companies and with Private Equity as they tackle the challenges of large scale digital transformation, maintaining organisation performance through uncertain time and delivering value for customers and shareholders through organic and inorganic growth opportunities. Previously a COO at I-MED Radiology, and a McKinsey & Company Partner and CEO/MD/COO, serving clients and leading healthcare provider/payer organisations in Europe, Middle East, South East Asia, China, Australia and New Zealand across both private and public sectors.
