We have successfully introduced multi-engineering techniques in development of control for complex machines.Measurement applicationsWe are involved in measurement test systems (for example functional testing and TestCell) for production lines and for single purpose machines. Advanced technical solutions and their interdisciplinary overlap are a challenge for us. We build modern measurement applications with product portfolio of National Instruments.Control systems (PLCs)For control systems we use products of Bernecker & Rainer, Siemens, Beckhoff, Allan Bradley, Mitsubishi, Omron and so on. We are focused on CNC machines, integrated robotics – PLC, CNC and robotics in one control system in addition to traditional automation.Industrial production systemsData acquisition and storage of data are integral part of production and test systems. We use standard database systems (Microsoft SQL Server) as well as higher level systems for traceability and process control B&R APROL DCS. Expansion packs (for APROL system) for energy monitoring (EnMon) and conditional monitoring (ConMon) allow multipurpose utilization of the single system.

Completing training courses in graphical development system LabVIEW, development of realtimeand FPGA systems. These courses were supplemented with introduction into widespectrum of National Instrument’s hardware products. I was providing customer technicalsupport and dealing with questions regarding hardware and software NI products. I wasworking on two different projects, which were demonstrating the flexibility and applicability ofLabVIEW platform, during my stay in Budapest. The aim of one project was data processingin DIAdem, which is tool for creating reports and advanced data processing. Part of thisproject was on-site presentation in the seat of customer’s office. The second project wasbased on the stepper motor control with LabVIEW module NI Soft Motion.

Getting into B&R APROL Process Automation and finding possible fitting-on forprocessing control and automation in manufacturing processes. Application inMoravian Instruments Control Web 6 for sensor data collection with storage of this dataand their graphic representation. Visual Basic project with RS232 communication anddata parsing of incoming data, reading voltage characteristics of measured device usingKOPF Automotive Interface 2.

Rewriting of original scripts (python, perl) into unified scripting language (ruby). Applicationtesting (Squish, javascript) and user testing. Checking documentation which is correspondingthe latest version of application. Consultations for using new application testing softwarenamed TestComplete.

Performing research in text data language recognition with currently available methods withthe aim of creating own implementation. Using the language recognition utility for correctdocument language tagging. Calculations of document similarity for revealing not only 1:1copies, but even similarities at the level of paragraphs or sentences. Utility for automaticcorpora creation with formatting input text data into requested format representation, checkingcorrectness of document tagging and searching for similarities between documents. Datacrawling (news server) getting new data and expanding current text data corpora. Statisticsoverhead of text data corpora.
