Throughout my career, I have gained over 18 years of experience in the construction industry, where I have learnt many skills that have made an impact on my job performance today Additionally, I possess broad experience in all sectors of the market; I am familiar with a large variety of construction techniques and procurement methods, and have been actively involved in projects from conception through to final delivery.                                                                                                                      I will bring drive, commitment, determination, and an impeccable ability to hand the project over to the client within the time, and budget given- whilst also fulfilling every one of their needs, to their utmost satisfaction. I have the ability to rapidlycomprehend, absorb and implement policies and procedures that reflect ourclients’ wishes and expectations. I will always mirror these expectations in my projects, as I trust my team’s abilities, and my own leadership skills.My experiences and background includes residential, commercial, education and retail projects.I take a very hands-on approach to my role, and I retain open and honestrelationships with my site team.
