Role: Subsidiaries Supervisor, Mergers and Acquisitions Project Manager, responsible for corporate governance area in technical facility management company - Sescom S.A. (WSE listed)General assignments (supervisory):- conducting annual budgets implementation and controlling their execution within Sescom Group subsidiaries,- implementing reporting standards compliant with Sescom Group requirements- deploying common governance policies and ESG standards among new entities in Sescom Group.Main duties (Investor relations):- preparing and presenting financial data to company's board and stakeholders,- composing stock interim and current reports, compliant with legal regulations, twopagers, IM's, investor presentations- organising investor events: regular investor meetings, chats and videoconferences.Key responsibilities (M&A):- searching and selecting potential acquisition leads,- strategic meetings with the sellers, composing LOI, HoT, SPA agreements,- preparing financial models, business and development plans.Core tasks (Corporate governance):- managing a team of legal specialists focused on preparing and maintaining internal regulations which support work of company's bodies, including: resolutions, policies, codes of conduct, ESG standards.

Responsible for stock market information duties and communication with stakeholders. Relevant areas of activity: corporate governance, compliance, mergers and acquisitions.
