Designed sections of production lines for metal strip with heat treatment and galvanization sections. Worked on several specific machines and toolings for them.

From the begining of my 5 years experience in GE Aviation I worked on ATP (Catalyst engine) program as tooling designer. My specialization was assembly tooling. I designed different types of clamping tools, many assembly stands for subsections of the engine, tools for instalation nozzles or shrouds in gas turbine or power turbine, developed tools for reduce vibration during high speed grinding of compresor rotor to achieve the best result. Also all balancing tools for compressor rotor components, gas turbine rotor, and power turbine rotor was designed by me, and I can tell that I am very interested about balancing. Also support stands for balancing machines to hold power turbine case during balancing is my favourite one cause of possibilty move with the case in 3 axis with precise of 0,05mm.During this time I knew many people from another countries. The best experience was a bussines trip in Avio Aero in Italy, where I was watching an assembly of CT7- T700 engine, which has very similiar core to Catalyst engine. I knew many of suplliers with which we always tried solve the problems. I got many knoweges from older colleagues, so I can tell big thank you to them, that I became designer like I am.
