- Responsible for defining the global commodity strategy and develop supply base - Align contracts and review exception requests in line with procurement strategy- Responsible to reach annual cost reduction (ECON) based on company`s target- Develop long-lasting and mutually-beneficial relationships with strategic suppliers and investigate risk sharing aspects- Drive Cost reduction activities to generate significate savings in the commodity- Manage and negotiate main commercial and contractual deals (New Business Bonus, LTA, Payment term extensions)- Execute Supplier Manual agrement and Terms&Conditions.- Support innovation with key suppliers and new technologies- Provide escalated support where required in regions- Coordinate among different regions to ensure sharing of best supply-chain practices- Conduct annual Supplier performance review meetings or management review meetings with key suppliers in the commodity- Sourcing approval responsibility from program buyer

- Component portfolio management of 32M€ annual purchasing amount(Electronics, machining, stamping, sintering, cold forgings, die castings)- Leading saving projects and implementing changes to reduce the final cost of the products (technical/re-sourcing/in-sourcing/logistic productivities) in line with budget requirements- Preparing contracts and negotiating their terms- Dealing with critical situations (supplier bankruptcy, blocked deliveries, data discrepancies)- Piloting sourcing & dual sourcing process- Purchasing KPIs tracking and management on time of purchasing reports to be handled to the Business Group- Performance validation on components based on PPAP documentation- Tooling management (monitoring wear rate level, claiming funds from Site Financial Controller, launching refurbishments, preparing Tool Loan Agreements.)- Launching auctions in PUMA system to nominate best supplier- Working in SAP environment

- Negotiations with Suppliers from China, India and Europe (Price, MOQ, LT, Stock agreemtens etc)- Responsible for purchasing direct materials (Pumps, Castings, Forgings, Electric oil heaters certified according to Alfa Laval Marine Standards) - Cooperation with the engineering department regarding implementation of new design changes in production components area- Manage Purchasing Projects- Market research for possible new suppliers- Manage the tender process (RFIs and RFQs) within the business unit- Monitoring KPI's (DOT, Quality, PPV, IDS etc) to be in line with agreed targets- Short and long term deliveries planning- Keeping optimum stock levels and reduce of unnecessary stock balances- Analysis of claims incoming to purchasing department - Analyzing of material needs and PO's management- Creating monthly forecasts of material needs for the suppliers

- Negotiations with forwarders in terms of costs and transport LT optimization- Negotiations with stowage companies to reduce container loading costs- Organization of shipping for over 100 countries- Oversea shipments: air & sea transportation mode - Creating weekly schedules of shipments for Logistics department- Solving transportation and warehouse problems- Cooperating with Chamber of commerce and Customs office- Responsibility for cargo insurances- Participation in the implementation process of new production from logistics point of view
