I am product-aware and have often led, advised and convinced product on "asks" vs "wants" vs "needs". I am very goal- and impact-oriented and my personality allows me to cut through unnecessary red tape and resistance while iterating to get results faster. I am an impact multiplier and my work results in hundreds of millions USD additional revenue annually. I come from an engineering background and I am a hybrid between a software engineer, machine learning engineer, data engineer, data scientist, marketing and product guy. I am equally effective at idea generation, persuasion of others as well as execution. My ability to present abstract ideas using simple terms have made me a successful team, technical and go-to leader. In my current role at Wiser, I lead several geographically distributed Machine Learning, Data Science and Analytics teams focused on building and improving the next generation, feedback-looped, reactive ML-powered systems for B2B and B2C. Current portfolio of projects focuses on pricing optimization, image recognition and processing, item matching, recommendations and personalization, system optimization and spans most layers of the system from mobile through backend to crowd management. My teams are composed of software and machine learning engineers, data scientists and analysts and I have built these teams from the ground up.
