My responsibilities are managing test documentation, and setting quality gates of the product(s) and projects. I create and dynamically manage test plans, test reports, test concepts, test cases and scenarios and together with the project/program manager (in compliance with company standards) I set quality acceptance criteria for the products/solutions. My mission is to work closely with project and product management as well as with other stakeholders to identify essential quality requirements and to collaboratively design and build test solutions that increase the quality of customer experience and satisfaction. I’m acting as an ambassador of product quality, sharing knowledge about it within the organisation.
